Mélanie Martin and Sami Jemni take joint leadership of Ctrl+Alt+Create
The group's two co-founders take over its general management, as Ctrl+Alt+Create enters its public deployment phase.
London, 8 September 2026. Ctrl+Alt+Create announces the appointment of Mélanie Martin and Sami Jemni as Co-CEOs of the group. Both co-founders, they take over the leadership of a global venture studio bringing together five startup studios, six shared strategic platforms and eight innovation hubs across five continents.
A deliberate joint leadership
Leading in pairs answers the nature of the group. Ctrl+Alt+Create does not manage a portfolio of holdings: it designs, structures and grows companies, in fields ranging from regulated activities to publishing, from education to real estate. That breadth calls for two perspectives rather than one, and for a shared decision on what the group launches, what it funds and what it stops.
What lies ahead
The two Co-CEOs take office as the group enters its public deployment phase. More than one hundred announcements will progressively unveil the companies, technologies, projects, locations and partnerships of the ecosystem.
Three priorities frame their mandate. Opening nine new innovation hubs, taking the network to seventeen cities. Industrialising the six shared platforms, so that a company launched in Tunis has the same means as one launched in London. And welcoming new founders and leaders, with applications opening on 21 September 2026.
